We ship via UPS and USPS throughout the continental United States. Free freight on orders over $1,200 east of the Mississippi and $2,000 west. Large and heavy orders move by LTL freight — coordinated at actual cost, no markup.
Free Freight
When free freight applies — and when it doesn't
Orders shipped via UPS Ground qualify for free freight based on destination:
- $1,200 or more — east of the Mississippi
- $2,000 or more — west of the Mississippi
- Liftgate service
- Delivery to limited access areas
- Residential delivery
- Appointment or scheduled delivery
- Construction site delivery
- Inside delivery
- Oversized shipments — for example, conduit or ground rods requiring an oversized pallet

Standard Parcel
Parcel shipments via UPS and USPS.
Orders that don't qualify for or require freight ship via UPS or USPS from our Webster, MA warehouse. Most parcel orders are picked, packed, and staged within one to three business days. We select the carrier and service level that gets your order to you reliably — you won't see a handling charge or a margin built into the shipping cost.
Large & Freight Orders
LTL freight at actual cost — no games
Large items and multi-item orders ship LTL freight. Because freight rates depend on the actual dimensions, weight, and pallet configuration of a staged order, we cannot provide an accurate freight estimate until your order has been picked and staged — typically within three to five business days of confirmation.
Here's how it works in practice: you confirm the order and pay for the product. Once staged, we shop LTL carriers and ship at actual cost — no markup, no games. If you have a preferred carrier or an existing freight account, we're happy to use it and bill you for product only.
We'll communicate freight cost and tracking before the order leaves our dock. If anything about the timeline or rate doesn't work for you at that point, we'll work it out. That's a conversation we're always willing to have.

Returns & Terms
Returns, FOB terms, and international orders
Returns
You may return most items for credit within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 20% may apply unless the item is deemed defective or the return is the result of our error.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee. No runaround, no hassle — we make it right.
FOB Terms
All B&B Trading shipments are FOB Webster, MA. Title and risk transfer to the buyer when the carrier takes possession at our Webster warehouse. If a shipment arrives damaged, the claim is filed directly with the carrier — we will provide all documentation, photos, and support needed to resolve it quickly. We don't disappear after a shipment leaves our dock.
International
International orders
International sales are available. Payment in advance is required and all international orders are customer pickup at our Webster, MA warehouse. Contact us to arrange.
