B&B Trading sells surplus electrical materials, electrical supplies, and related products to contractors, wholesalers, industrial buyers, facilities, and other customers. Products may include, but are not limited to, circuit breakers, panels, switchgear, wiring devices, fittings, conduit, controls, fuses, lighting products, tools, and other electrical inventory.

You agree to use this website only for lawful business or personal purchasing purposes. B&B Trading sells a mix of surplus, new-in-box, shelf-pull, tested-working, and brand-new products. Product condition, quantity, availability, pricing, images, descriptions, specifications, and related information are provided for convenience and may be updated at any time.

Because some inventory is surplus, limited quantity, discontinued, or subject to prior sale, availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed by B&B Trading. If a product condition is not clearly marked, or if you require a specific condition, certification, listing, manufacturer revision, packaging condition, or other product detail, please contact B&B Trading before purchasing.

Product photos, descriptions, and specifications are intended to be accurate, but errors may occur. B&B Trading reserves the right to correct errors, update information, cancel or modify orders, and confirm product details before shipment.

  • 5. Quotes and Orders

Customers may request a quote, add available items to a cart, or contact B&B Trading directly to confirm product availability and pricing. An online order, quote request, or cart submission does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

An order is accepted only when B&B Trading confirms the order and payment or approved payment terms are in place. B&B Trading may decline, cancel, or modify an order due to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, freight concerns, suspected fraud, or other reasonable business reasons.

For large, heavy, unusual, or freight-sensitive orders, B&B Trading may contact you to confirm details before completing the transaction.

  • 6. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quoted prices are valid only for the time period stated on the quote. If no time period is stated, pricing is subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Pricing may vary based on customer account status, product availability, quantity, payment method, shipping method, freight requirements, or other factors. B&B Trading reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

  • 7. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH, wire transfer, and approved net terms. Payment terms are subject to B&B Trading approval.

Customers without approved credit terms may be required to pay in advance before an order is released, staged, shipped, or made available for pickup. Customers with approved net terms agree to pay invoices according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice or account agreement.

B&B Trading may withhold shipment, pickup, account access, or future orders if payment is overdue, declined, disputed, or otherwise unresolved.

  • 8. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be charged unless a valid exemption certificate is provided and accepted by B&B Trading. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other charges associated with their purchases, including any charges not collected at the time of sale.

  • 9. Shipping, Freight, and Delivery

Most parcel orders ship from Webster, Massachusetts by UPS, FedEx, or another parcel carrier. Large, heavy, or oversized orders may ship by LTL freight. Local pickup may be available by appointment.

Freight costs, carrier options, and shipping timelines may vary depending on order size, weight, destination, carrier availability, and customer requirements. B&B Trading may coordinate freight and provide tracking information when available.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. B&B Trading is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, address errors, customer receiving delays, missed delivery appointments, or other events outside its reasonable control.

  • 10. FOB Terms and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all B&B Trading shipments are FOB Webster, Massachusetts. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the carrier takes possession of the shipment at B&B Trading’s Webster, MA warehouse.

If a shipment arrives damaged, the claim is generally filed directly with the carrier. B&B Trading will provide available documentation, photos, and reasonable support to help resolve the claim.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and noting visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy with the carrier at the time of receipt whenever possible.

  • 11. Returns

Most items may be returned for credit within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval by B&B Trading.

A 20% restocking fee may apply unless the item is defective or the return is the result of B&B Trading’s error. If you received an incorrect or defective item, B&B Trading will cover return shipping and no restocking fee will apply.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received unless the return is due to defect or B&B Trading error. Items may not be eligible for return if they have been installed, altered, damaged after delivery, used improperly, missing components, or returned without prior authorization.

To request a return, contact B&B Trading with your order information, invoice number if available, item details, and reason for return.

  • 12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact B&B Trading promptly. Please provide your order information, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

B&B Trading will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, credit, refund, repair, return authorization, or other reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.

  • 13. International Orders

International sales may be available. Payment in advance is required for international orders. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international orders are customer pickup at B&B Trading’s Webster, MA warehouse.

International customers are responsible for all export, import, customs, duties, taxes, freight, insurance, brokerage, compliance requirements, and any other charges or obligations associated with moving products outside the United States.

B&B Trading may decline any international order if it cannot reasonably support the requested transaction, documentation, destination, product type, or compliance requirements.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use, application, installation, environment, electrical system, jurisdiction, and code requirements.

Electrical products should be installed, inspected, and used only by qualified persons and in accordance with applicable codes, laws, manufacturer instructions, safety standards, and industry practices.

B&B Trading does not guarantee that any product is suitable for a specific use unless that guarantee is provided in writing by B&B Trading.

  • 15. Manufacturer Warranties and Surplus Products

Some products may be surplus, discontinued, older inventory, shelf-pull, tested-working, new-in-box, or otherwise outside normal manufacturer distribution channels. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to all products.

Unless expressly stated in writing, B&B Trading does not guarantee that a product includes a manufacturer warranty. Any available manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not B&B Trading.

  • 16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing by B&B Trading, products and website services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, B&B Trading disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted website availability.
